A PTD coach visits you at home in Jumeirah for your Free In-Home Fitness & Body Assessment Test: your goals and history, your starting measurements, a short session to see how you move, and your plan. It is free, and no package is needed to book it. The STYKU 3D scan happens later, at PTD's office in Motor City.
Can my partner or a friend train with me?
Yes. Two people can train together in one session; the second person adds AED 100 per session.
What if it is not right for me after I start?
Try 3 sessions. Not right? Full refund.
What if I travel or need to move a session?
Give 12 hours' notice and a session moves at no charge. If you travel, your package can be frozen for up to 14 days once a quarter.
